What are they you ask?

Well here it goes.

Cappuccino coffee: Espresso topped off with equivalent parts of foamed and steamed milk.

• Cafe Americano: American drip coffee--The Italia way. Fixed from equivalent portions of espresso and boiling water. The final result, a stronger variation of brewed coffee.

• Cafe au lait: This traditionally French beverage is created with equivalent parts of brewed java and steamed milk.

Cafe breve: This is a milk-based espresso where half-and-half is utilized instead of milk.

• Cafe con leche: (Can you hear those Salsa Rhythms ) If your answers is yes then ad 1.5 ounces of espresso with steamed milk to fill an eight-ounce cup.

• Cafe con panna: Espresso crowned with whipped cream.

• Cafe corretto: Espresso with a shot of brandy, cognac, or liqueur, keep this one far from the children.

• Cafe creme: 1.5 oz.s of espresso mixed with one oz. of heavy cream.

• Cafe doppio: A doubled up shot of espresso with one shot of blistering hot water.

• Cafe frappuccino: A coffee slushy, mixing iced coffee, milk, flavors and ice.

• Cafe freddo: Chilled espresso served in a glass, often iced.

• Cafe latte: 1.5 oz.s of espresso in a six-ounce cup filled up to the top with steamed milk, making a dense beverage. This may be crowned with foamed milk.

Cafe latte macchiato: A glassful of hot milk, with a teaspoon of espresso.

• Cafe Latteccino: Espresso with 2 parts of steamed milk and one part frothed milk.

• Cafe lungo: A long espresso made by adding together boiling water and 1.5 ounces espresso. (The identical to a Americano.)

• Cafe macchiato: 1.5 oz.s of espresso in a café noir, crowned with a dollop of frothed milk. (Macchiato means marked in Italian.)

• Cafe mocha: Espresso, cocoa syrup, and steamed milk, oftentimes topped with whipped cream and chocolate powder or chocolate slivers. (Like a caffè latte with chocolate.)

• Cafe ristretto: This is extremely concentrated espresso (3/4 to one oz. of water applied for extraction), leaving a denser, and more fragrant espresso.

Cafe romano: Regular espresso, served up with a twist of Citrus limon or lemon rind.
